“James & Gary completed a big kitchen / laundry / boot room renovation for us in Woking. We have an old house with many, MANY quirks. The job included everything from putting in hefty joists to support old hidden chimneystacks to building bespoke wooden features, often taking some elements of original Victorian woodwork and repurposing. The job needed brickwork, glazing, tiling, kitchen fitting, exquisite joinery and co-ordination with teams of plumbers, electricians and plasters. It took several weeks, but they finished on deadline, worked hard, were always prompt, often working late and importantly, always with a smile – critical if someone is in your house for weeks on end. They advised on matters of aesthetics and construction along the way in a helpful but never pushy way. In the end the level of craftsmanship, finish and cohesion of the project is simply terrific. They left the house and garden spotless, and came back twice without any complaint for minor tweaks. I really couldn’t have wished for a more talented, helpful, adaptable and amazingly cost-efficient company to work with. Any future projects and I’ll hire them in a heartbeat.”

James & Gary Shaw worked with me on a self-build 4 bedroom house build project for 2 years.
They carried out all the first and second fix carpentry parts of the job.
As an inexperienced first time self-builder, they supported and advised me on every aspect of the project and their attention to detail, quality of workmanship and commitment to the project was superb. They are cost effective and very knowledgable.
