-Poole-:

We upgraded this property into a bespoke American colonial style finish.

By fully renovating both floors and adding 2 wrap around extensions.

We removed and re configured most rooms to allow a free flowing feel throughout the property.

We also upgraded the roof, fitted new colonial style windows, new staircase, brand new kitchen, utility, garage upgrade and fitted 3 new bathrooms.

We finished by wrapping the property in cladding.

-Fording Bridge-:

19th century property in Fordingbridge,

First of all we upgraded all of the external fascias and soffits before adding a small extension roof upgrade.

We then knocked through the dinning room wall to allow for a large open kitchen space with a new tiled floor and kitchen island.

We also added a small extension to the side of the property with a new conjoining roof.

-Nethergreen House (woking)-:

This dated 19th century property had a full structural upgrade, allowing for ceiling heights to be extended, adding a new French door for access to the garden.

We hand crafted a new utility room to the back of the property and tiled the kitchen floor, before hand crafting this beautiful kitchen to the customers taste,in keeping with the age of the property.

Southbourn:

This property was a new build, built using a new engineered concrete insulation system, in the heart of Tuckton, Southbourn.

The 4 propertys are connected using the same roof truss system shown in the video below.

-Elms Cottage,Twyford-

By removing the current kitchen, knocking through the existing wall, supporting the room with a structural steel system, it allowed for a free open flowing kitchen/dinning room.

We swapped the existing window for new French doors and tiled the floor throughout,

We then added this lovely modern kitchen in the video below.

-Poole-

This garden was in need of an upgrade, we removed all of the old furnishings before fitting new fencing and sleeper walls,

We then fitted a new patio and fitted this summer house onto a new concrete base.

The summer house has its own bathroom and electrics, making it perfect for an office or for hosting,
